Hi, I’m Bridget Foliaki-Davis.

I am a chef, food and travel writer, consultant and presenter with over 20 years of experience working in professional kitchens.

It takes a lot of courage to share this with you, my family and friends. The picture on the left was taken in April 2018, the picture on the right was taken in July 2018. I’m living proof that even as a food obsessed chef, I can still eat amazing gourmet food whilst putting my health and wellness front and centre. It just takes some willing adjustment to your thinking and behaviour.

25 kgs (55 lbs) gone in 4 months and I feel on top of the world physically and mentally. Brain fog gone, bloating gone, stomach upsets gone, mood swings gone, tiredness gone.
